Bright and Beachy Oceanfront Condo - Linens included!

This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, unplug the stress at home and plug in your vacation treat yo self mode!

We like walking into the smell of a clean condo (and like our guests knowing that it's been cleaned!) so we use scented cleaning products, FYI.

We had a great 3-night stay at the Caswell Beach condo! The view is amazing - you can see both the pool and the beach from the balcony. Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, enjoying a drink, or whatever comes to mind! If the weather isn't cooperating, the living area has a large sectional couch and television that is super modern and comfy. The couch even has power outlets!The condo was clean and well-organized with everything we needed for our stay. Instructions for stay (locks, remotes, parking, etc.) were well-organized and complete. Additionally, Stuart and Brandon were great hosts who checked in via email/text to be sure we were settled in and that all was well.The condo was perfect for us, and we recommend it for anyone visiting the Oak Island and Caswell Beach area.

Lovely location. Communication with hosts was very quick and timely. Poolside and quick boardwalk to the beach with outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Note that parking is very limited and this is a second story condo with no elevator. Quiet neighborhood unless there is a beach wedding/reception. Good value for the amenities.

This was our second time renting this unit. It’s the perfect location on the beach. It’s very clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. We love that it’s close to restaurants in walking distance on the beach. It’s also a short drive to Southport which is such a great place to eat and shop. We also took the ferry to Fort Fisher to visit the NC Aquarium which is such a fun trip. It’s interesting to learn all about the loggerhead turtles that nest on Caswell Beach. We always get to see some nests when we stay here. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was wonderful with amazing views and nicely equipped. I was impressed with the proximity to 2 beach boardwalks and location on the island. The extra spacious sectional was nice and comfortable. the owners were great and left plenty of clear instructions to navigate the condo, island and local community. We were looking for an opportunity at one of NC's amazing beaches. It was empty and needed a lot of love. We have spent lots of time and effort creating a comfortable retreat that is equipped with all the modern conveniences. You can't beat the quiet beaches, the amazing views, and the quintessential NC beach town vibe. We love it on season and off season.
