This stunning home is perfectly located to Austin Country Club, downtown Austin, and access to the lake should you wish to schedule a boat day. This custom home boasts style and comfort that is perfect for the family with a great open floor plan and spacious rooms as well as a game room with large sectional, card table, foosball, and fully stocked snack area. A great home for entertaining with chef’s kitchen and outdoor bar area just off the pool, hot tub and large yard! This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 13 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
