Please note that this is Colorado and it can be sunny one day and snowy the next. Due to unforeseen weather, we REQUIRE guests to have an all wheel drive or a four wheel drive vehicle from Sept-May. Our road gets plowed when more than six inches fall and we also have our driveway plowed for access during winter.

- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or the system may back up and there will be a fee passed through to the guest.

- No Parties/Events: We request that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own, ensuring it remains in pristine condition for future guests and your potential return visits.

- No Smoking Inside: To maintain the freshness of our home, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

- The cabin is surrounded by a rich variety of wildlife; If you have any issues with wildlife, you must contact us immediately during your stay so we can take action.

- For your safety, our property is monitored by a parking lot camera and a doorbell camera; disconnecting these devices is prohibited during your stay.

- Refund Policy: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for weather-related incidents, natural disasters, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard your travel plans, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance, which can offer coverage in case of cancellation outside of our policy window.
