This beautifully updated villa offers modern comforts and an unbeatable oceanfront experience.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra accommodation. For families with small children (8 and under), two cozy hallway bunk beds are available.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views, ideal for savoring your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Atlantic.

Ocean Dunes is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, just a short walk from the vibrant Coligny Plaza. This oceanfront property is conveniently situated about 70 yards from the beach.

The heated oceanfront pool is available year-round, with a comfortable temperature of 82 degrees. Pool hours are from 9 AM to sunset daily.

Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet, and its prime location on South Forest Beach Drive puts you just 70 yards from the beach and a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park.

The space was perfect for my family of two! Although the unit was not clean upon our arrival, the rental company promptly got housekeeping back to finish the job. Other than that brief hiccup, we enjoyed the condo and its proximity to the beach and shops.

Getaway for 2

Great location, nicely furnished, decent mattress. This is an older building so some amenities like in unit laundry and central heat aren't an option. This is not the owners fault and those things were clearly stated in the property description. We had a good time.

Wonderful location, needed a good cleaning

This was a lovely rental with a perfect location, however that being said VRBO has upped fees for a number of things including cleaning, and this rental unit was not up to snuff, the tables had not been wiped down, and the floors were not mopped, and the amount of dirt, food and misc stuff under the couch and under the bed was honestly gross :( Would we stay here again, probably, because it's a great location with all the amenities we need, but for what we were required to pay in additional fees, extremely disappointed.

Very nice beach

Nice place, great beach. The building is obviously very old, so there's a musky smell to all of the carpet in the hallways, balcony and in the air conditioner units. There is not a starbucks next door, as stated, but just a place that serves starbucks coffee and the worker was not equipped to even take orders the morning we tried to go. The little restaurant next door is only a self serve place that is not open for dinner currently. They did have free water bottles nextdoor though, which was nice. Otherwise, the condo itself is updated and nice inside. We saw lots of wildlife during our stay and really enjoyed the beach.

Needs a deep clean.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I do not appreciate using our hard earned and saved money for a vacation to feel like we are sleeping in a Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6). We thought that by spending a little extra on a room we would get better quality as we have stayed in HHI three times now with not the greatest of accommodations. And it is not because we are not spending the money for lodging. The room smelled terribly musty. There was about 2 inches of dust on all lamps, baseboards, and blinds. The AC unit in the bedroom smelled like old dank chemicals and urine. It is only about 2 feet away from the bed and so trying to sleep was essentially awful. I even tried pulling out the sofa sleeper in the living room but we all know how uncomfortable those are. We came home a day early just so we could get some rest. HHI itself is great! The beach is lovely and we have enjoyed exploring the island on our bikes and the food is great (choose wisely). I think we are going to try some new beaches to visit in the future and hopefully they will honor the guests and the money they spend by providing an exceptionally clean environment to vacation in.

Wonderful stay!

We've visited Hilton Head a number of times but this was the first time we did so late in the year and this was a new area for us to stay. Loved that we could be so close to the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and evening. Check-in was easy, the place was quiet and clean, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend this property.

Almost perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and proximity to the ocean were terrific. Great location to walk to Coligny Plaza for dining and shopping. Very well kept. Our only complaints were the bedroom AC unit and blinds were dirty/moldy and the door to the balcony didn't lock or have a screen door. These were not deal breakers, but we hope they're addressed for the next renters. We plan on coming back in a few months and will likely stay here again.
