Located on the 2nd floor, so you need to know there will be steps. Had an issue (no fault of the owner) at check-in with parking. We had a pass for our spot, and the neighbor had two passes and parked in ours. Lots of "things" (utensils, etc.) in the kitchen were nice. Every appliance worked great. Furniture was in good shape. Didn't use it, but the screen on the porch wasn't in good shape. Probably our biggest negative was that if you've ever been to your child's elementary school and used the kids' toilet, that's what you should be prepared for. You not only need a parachute, but it's a tiny seat to sit on. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. Never turned on the TV's, so can't comment on that. The washer/dryer was adequate. The living room furniture sucked you in. Great unit for a 3BR.
