Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with creek on the backside of the property. A-frame living room with wood fireplace. Dining room leads into galley kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast nook with bay window. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet, master bath, and private TV. Bunk bed and twin bed in first bedroom to left of entry. Queen bedroom next to bunk/twin bedroom and 2nd bath. Washer/dryer and stainless kitchen appliances. Separate additional dining room, which can be used as an office. Very quiet street, due to cul-de-sac at the end. Enjoy the peaceful backyard from the deck, while listening to sounds of the creek trickling by. The creek is tucked behind a thin wooded area beyond the lawn.

**5 minutes to Opry Mills Mall, 7 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry, 5 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, 3.5 miles to Percy Priest Lake, and 19.5 miles to Old Hickory Lake.

Host is very responsive and will do everything possible to make sure her guest are comfortable. We had to extend our stay twice and it was a very simple process. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

This stay was a great place for our work crew to stay. There were multiple A/C issues throughout the stay but the landlord stayed in communication with our crew. Mis-communication on check out procedure and what should be replenished contributed to a difficult check out process but our overall review of the homeowner is a posting one.

Great Place

This house is perfectly located to be with 15-20 minutes of all popular places to be and see. House is located on a lot that includes a little creek running through the back which was a pleasant piece to sit in the back patio and listen to in the am!

My foreman and his family stayed for a construction job we had.job was pushed back but Antonie, and family stayed for a couple days and loved the place. Needless to say the kids loved the pool

Lovely property: Home away from home

This was really a gem of a property. Kathlena was a wonderful host and communication was very good throughout our stay. The house was everything and more that we could've imagined. Being able to sit on the porch at the back with the little stream flowing down below was a real haven. The location of the property is very good, close to Downtown Nashville and also close to the Grand Ole Opry. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay here and would love to come stay here again when in the area.
