For those who want it all in a vacation, welcome to Match Point! This open concept design is the perfect layout for a vacation home. The kitchen, living & dining area all share the same great space, featuring vaulted ceilings and lots of doors and windows for an amazing amount of natural light. Everything is on one floor for easy access, with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms down the hall, away from the common areas. There is also a sofa sleeper in part of the sectional sofa in the living area. Additional amenities of this home are many, and include a wood fireplace, sauna, private grass tennis court and lots of outdoor deck space. Located in Lakeside, about 3.5 blocks to the private beach, New Circle Beach. Property located on "lake side" of Red Arrow Highway.
**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
**Maximum four car parking.
