Inside, the home is comfortable and inviting with a relaxed coastal vibe, making it a great place to unwind after a day in the sun. Outside, you'll enjoy canal-front living with space to sit back, relax, and watch the boats go by.

Conveniently located close to local restaurants, marinas, and everything Islamorada has to offer, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy the Keys lifestyle.

Nightmare

For 10 days of our vacation there was landscaping going on across the canal from us with so much noise going on we were unable to sit outside, so as far as I can tell we lost 10 days of vacation. Very .dissatisfied.

We always appreciate reviews, good and bad. Esp when it helps us make someone's vacation the best experience possible. However, there was really nothing we could do about this particular grievance to make it better. Just like in your own neighborhood, it is impossible for us to dictate when a neighbor does upgrades to their home such as landscaping. Individuals beautifying their own home and neighborhood with tropical landscaping is a great thing! Little noisy while planting, but so beautiful to look at when final product is complete. We are very sorry you could not sit outside for the last 10 days of your vacation because of the landscaping across the canal. Hopefully you enjoyed the warm January, cool breezes, fresh fish, and gorgeous blue water while in Islamorada.

Beautiful views

Million dollar views of ocean. The property is in recovery from hurricane damage. Approach to steps needs work, with irregular areas which could cause some people to trip if not looking down. We were plagued with gnats which appeared to come in around bathroom window, which is not finished off with trim-work. We controlled the situation with sprays, flytraps and carefully keeping kitchen trash sealed. The property is very good for power boat operation and deep sea fishermen. less so kayaking and bicycling. The properties on the bay-side are better for those activities. All appliances, the central air and water and sewer systems function perfectly during our stay. The cable subscription is minimal and should be upgraded for monthly renters.
