The outer door lock was not functioning properly. We were not able to get in on the second night. Fortunately there was someone there to let us in.The stairs to the basement were steep and should have a railing on each side. The description of the property should indicate there are stairs.The issue with the tv was quickly resolved and much appreciated.

Thank you for your feed back. The door was simple fix of putting the batteries back in place for some reasons unknown they were knock out of place. I apologize for the stairs as a basement apartment is not handicap accessibility friendly. The tv was simple unplugged. I am grateful you enjoy your stay. Safe travels

I had a great stay. I was in town visiting some family, and it was great place unwind amd relax after some long days. It was within 15 minutes of everywhere that I needed to be, the check-in and check-out were easy, the place was clean, and it was comfortable. Overall, no complaints.
