A beautiful cabin in the heart of Long Barn

Beautiful Cabin is a perfect destination for family fun, relaxation, comfort and get togethers. It is 15 mins away from Pinecrest Lake, Dodgeridge Ski Resort, Leland Children's Snow Park and 20 mins from Sonora, Historic Gold Country and BlackOak Casino. Yosemite National Park is 90 mins away and 30 mins to Columbia State Park. Long Barn Ice Skating Rink is right outside your window and can walk to it. This beautiful cabin has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a nice size family room, seperate spacious living room, a large kitchen and over 1900 sq ft of living space. First room has a king size bed, Queen futon, wood burning stove, heater electric fireplace, and Dishnet satellite cable . Second bedroom has two twin beds and a heater. Third bedroom has a queen bed and a heater .In the living room there is a queen sofa bed also. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet while the downstairs has a tub and shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster , all's pots and pans for your needs , plates , cups, glasses, ect ect. The family room has a sofa, loveseat, a gas furnace fireplace heater, and Dishnet satellite T.V. There is also a dining table that seats 6 people . There is an extra large patio/ balcony outside for full entertainment for family and guest. On the patio is a nice gas stainless steel BBQ for all your grilling needs. All linens, bedding, soap, shampoo, bath towels, hand towels, and in case you forget your toothpaste , it also provided. Beautiful Cabin has its own telephone line so in case the cell phone reception is bad there is still means of communication. Also the cabin comes equipped with WIFI. The cabin has all modern facilities and needs with the mountain cabin backdrop.

Nice Cabin in Long Barn

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. First was just one night back in November 2023, and this recent trip was with the same two families. The kids like the organ and drums, and comfy couches. The kitchen bar style seating worked well for adults while kids sat at the table. Other highlights was walking to the ice skating rink, and enjoying some post-ski road running in the area.

The stay here was absolutely wonderful. It had a cozy feel of being at home. The indoor ice rink was walking distance and the kids couldn’t get enough. We could sit on the deck and enjoy the stars. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Roopjit was a great host. We are definitely coming back.

Great Location

This Cabin was extremely Cozy, the Owner was great and super helpful. Very well stocked, plenty of sleeping spaces and extra blankets EVERYWHERE!! The location was great close to everything and a super short walking distance to the ice rink. This was the perfect spot for a fun adult weekend. But the kids would love this spot...maybe next time. I highly recommend this place. Would love to book this one next time.

Classic Cabin in the woods

If you are looking for the Four Seasons hotel, this is not the place. If you are looking for a roomy cabin near skiing or other outdoor mountain activities, then you have found the right place. It has all the necessities, we were able to stream Netflix and binge watch a show, cook a lasagna dinner and bake some brownies using the dishware provided.

My family and I had a blast due to the cabins location and the right amount of snow. We also enjoyed walking to the ice rink. A neat part about the cabin was the decor. It had many worldly figurines, as well as amenities like soap, blankets, and other things you might forget when your rushing out the door. We also appreciated the notes, and summer activities posted on the cork board, were already looking into summer plans! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Great getaway cabin

It's was a great cabin, wifi was good, phone connection was still good for everyone that was there in my party. The cabin has all the needs for a great relaxing weekend away from the city and getting together with friends. We all enjoyed our time there.

I stayed here with my family with two kids, it was a great stay. Ladhi is an excellent host, he proactively communicates with you. The cabin itself is very spacious, with plenty of snow around and if you want to go to pinecrest or strawberry it's just 10 mins drive.

We were just passing through here, but would like to complement the owner who was proactive in reaching out to me to describe the details of the house, and how to get in. Everything was very comfortable and as described. Long Barn has quick access to Pinecrest and Emigrant Wilderness.

Cozy cabin

Great place, felt like home from the moment we arrived. Owner very responsive. Kept us up to date of any changes in the area we needed to know about. Easy access and if you arrive in season there is an ice rink close by. Wifi worked as expected. Could stream movies, but don't expect to run an entire household of streaming. That actually was a benefit, got the teenager to disconnect from the devices. There was enough snow left around the property to do some sledding and build a snowman. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing time with my boys at the cabin. Very spacious and comfortable, we had a great time and bonded at the cabin. They had everything you need from towels to shampoo, soap, sugar and spices, etc. I was taken back by how the owner strives to make you feel at home away from home.

Nice getaway!

The cabin was perfect for our needs and would be great for a family gathering. Initially we weren't sure about the area but were delighted to find some nice hikes and we had fun exploring the area.
