About this property
Adorable cottage with access to tennis courts and pool
Nestled on a private sea shell lane but close to everything, this home offers all you could need for your Nantucket vacation. The newly renovated home has a new kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is immaculate and designed for comfort. The loft which is open to the downstairs living room has a pull out sofa for additional guests. It's also a place to quietly read or work if you must. Outdoors, you'll find an out door shower which is enclosed for privacy but open to the sky. There is out door seating and dining along with a gas grill. A short walk away you will find the large community pool with tables, chairs, lounges and changing rooms with bathrooms. Next to the pool are the community HarTru tennis courts. Town is about a mile away. Surfside beach (one of Nantucket's finest) is about 1.5 miles away. There are beach chairs and towels included. There is private parking for 1 car. This home is designed for comfort, entertaining and relaxation. The perfect Nantucket getaway!
