EXCELLENT LOCATION! The Ocean Pearl is a classic OBX beach bungalow.
This vintage beach house in Kill Devil Hills was built in 1954 and is located across the street from the ocean and public beach access! It has been freshly updated and decorated with beachy decor throughout. Brand new leather sofa loveseat and chair January 2020!
From the beach themed artwork on the walls to the starfish knobs on the dresser and nightstand in master bedroom, this quaint ONE LEVEL , two bedroom and one bathroom home will welcome you the minute you step through the door. There are queen beds in both bedrooms.
if you have an extra child there is a twin size roll away bed available.
Sheets are provided but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND PAPER PRODUCTS ETC.
All tile floors.
Streaming live TV , DVD player, and WiFi
CENTRAL A/C!! NO noisy window units.
Large bright sunroom with Washer and Dryer
DOG FRIENDLY with completely fenced back yard.
OUTDOOR ENCLOSED SHOWER with hot and cold water.

Across the street from popular beach access (with lifeguards) and Kill Devil Hills bath house. Safe pedestrian crosswalk with signal.
Walk to gourmet deli with a little of everything including excellent made to order sandwiches, a wide variety of beer, and souvenirs
Walk to Dairy Queen.
Short drive to famous Wright brothers monument, miniature golf , shopping, restaurants and easy access to all Outer Banks attractions.
Living room features leather sofa, loveseat, chair, ceiling fan, coffee table and end tables. 40 inch flat screen tv with cable and WIFi and DVD player.
Kitchen appliances , refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffeemaker ,toaster , blender ,all utensils, dishes,pans and all your kitchen needs
Master bedroom, one queen bed, dresser , nightstand and TV with cable, ceiling fan and closet with hangers.
Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with two dressers and nightstand, ceiling fan and closet , now with streaming TV.
Bathroom has shower with rain shower head and hand held sprayer with hand laid pebble floor .
Remember to pack your towels.
Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean or for daily shower. Hot and cold water. Private and enclosed.

We love this bungalow! It’s perfect for my husband and me and our pup. Only one sandspur was found in the back yard. That is fabulous for a grassed yard at the beach. The fenced yard offered a safe place for our pup and privacy for us. No stairs was so convenient! House was clean and just as advertised. Loved the back sun porch where the nice washer and dryer was located. AND location to the beach access which has a handicap ramp and bathrooms was a blessing. An everything store and ice cream located on same street. Kitchen was well stocked to cook in home. Communication with host was fast and easy. Check in and out a breeze. We will return!! Thank you so much for letting us rent your home.

We brought our 2 dogs and had a lovely time. The fenced in yard was PERFECT for letting our little guys out at night. The proximity to the beach and other destinations around the OBX was amazing. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again :-)

Pawsitively Amazing!

Always look forward to our time at the Ocean Pearl! It’s the perfect spot for the pups with a fenced in yard for them to run and play or just sunbathe! The single story design allows my mother to easily get to everything in the house without having to go up and down stairs. Location is excellent— grab a snack and some sunscreen at Stop n shop before you cross the street for the beach!Communication is always excellent. We look forward to returning again next year!
