About this property

Stunning Newly Built Beach House - about 600ft walk to the beach.

Our beautiful brand new 2-story beach home was just built in March of 2022. It is located in an amazing quiet neighborhood. My best spot for this home is the back balcony, facing East, where you can have your peaceful sunbath in the morning. In the afternoon, enjoy your relaxing moment in the shade or take a short nap in the breezy air. At night it is even better, where everything below is quiet, and the only thing you can hear is the sound of the ocean.

Our house is completely accessible for you, however, please avoid the private storage area the garage for your safety.

Beach chairs, cooler, and toys inside the garage are available for guests to use. Just please clean off sand after use and put them back where they were.

What makes this property unique

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We want our guests to feel comfortable and sleep well. If your group has more than 6 guests, there are a sofa bed and 2 ottoman folding sleeper beds available to accommodate for 9 guests max. The living room, kitchen, laundry room and one guest bedroom and one full bath are on the first floor. Master bedroom and other guest bedroom and the sitting room (aka living room #2) are upstairs. Each floor has each own AC unit adequately and quickly provides comfort.

A short walk (~600ft) to the beach. without crossing over any busy traffic road Plenty of parking on the premises. Mobile home can be parked on the premises as well.
***No pet allowed in our place nor on the beach period.
***Gas grill is available.
***We do offer a discount for weekly and monthly stay.
