Spectacular, beachfront custom one level home with designer furnishings, located directly on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Exuma. We are also located in the middle of the Island making it convenient to travel in either direction,. Kitchenaid appliances, Glass enclosed tiled showers, Smart TV's with Netflix, board & card games, books and much more. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & screened

Enjoy the large beachfront screened in porch for dinning and relaxing (rare in rental properties), sit out on our 12' x 45' covered deck or sunbath on our new tiled patio.. Swim right out front in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Exuma.

Exuma offers great fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Golf at Sandal's.Take a full day adventure to see the large iguana's, swimming pigs, and nurse sharks, along with a stop at the mile long sandbar with snorkeling in Thunder Ball Grotto.

There are 3 Kayaks with safety vests ( two 1 seat, one 2 seat ) boogie boards, skim boards, floats, noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas all included for your enjoyment at the house & on our beach only. Since COVID, we do not offer snorkeling equipment

We provide lots a amenities for you at your arrival, any additional replacement amenities can be purchased at the food store. There’s tea, sugars, salt & pepper, spices, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, & much more. All our bathrooms have hotel size amenities, full size Lever soap in showers, & hairdryers. As of February 1, 2022, we will have a Keurig coffee maker, so please bring your K-pods, they are expensive in Exuma.

Catch a direct flight to Georgetown, Exuma, from American through Miami, Silver through Fort Lauderdale, Delta through Atlanta, Bahama Air through Nassau, and Canada Air from Toronto

Smoking is NOT permitted in our house or on our property, and we only rent to non smokers

We allow a MAXIMUM of 6 quests (adults/children) in our house rental. Children 10-12 permitted with owners prior approval. Vrbo webpage restriction in our House Rules is minimum of 13 years old All guests staying in house must be registered by suppling Name & Birthdate.

Amazing Exuma

A beautiful property set right on the most magnificent beach in the Exuma's! Super clean, great layout, great to kayak to the island across, go for walks, house it is in the center of the island so easy access to beaches in north and south and many restaurants! Highly Recommended, we spent 6 amazing days here!

Excellent location (5min from airport). Great house with comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Absolutely beautiful soft sand beach just steps from your door. Easy check in process & great owner communication! We would absolutely stay here again - Bahama Blue will not disappoint!!

Wonderful Relaxing Retreat

Can't say enough about this place, the best of both worlds - raw nature but still the comforts of home. Exuma has the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Thank you also to Maggy who was available 100% of the time if I needed anything! I will be coming back. The house was fantastic, clean and well stocked.

Great Exuma Vacation

The home was very well appointed and right on the beach. The early morning was wonderful to have a cup of coffee in the screened in lanai and enjoy the blue colors of the ocean. Afterwards, take a walk on the beach and you will have the beach to yourself. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. We enjoyed the golfing and the lobster at Santana's. Wendy was very helpful in coordinating every aspect of our.

Great location with nice beach

This house is the perfect size for 4 people. I love that each bedroom has it's own spacious bathroom. The house is up to date with very nice furnishings. Everything you need is there for you. The beach is perfect! If you bring your own snorkel, there is a perfect spot to see lots of fish not far from shore. Watching the sunrise every morning from the porch was also great! Thank you for everything Wendy! We will definitely be back!

Paradise

We were thrilled with the location of this beautiful new home and the view is spectacular. The furnishings and decor are lovely, yet very comfortable. Wendy (the owner) provided us with all the information we needed to arrange excursions suitable for our family and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We dined in town one night but truly preferred to grill on the beachside deck of the home and dine in the screened in porch. I give this home 5 stars and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Great location

This was our first trip to Exuma and this property location was perfect. It is very close to the airport and right in the middle of the island so you could explore both north and south areas. The house layout was great and the kids loved having their own room with two twin beds. The house is right on the beach which felt like we had all to ourselves. Often we were the only people on the beach. There are kayaks and beach chairs you can use which was very helpful. Wendy was great with suggestions and helpful tips about what to do and bring on the trip. We will definitely be back.

Unforgettable Family Stay

Never having been to Exuma, we were blown away by Bahama Blue. The house is exactly as described in the listing. So much space, very clean, lots of supplies for your every need. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of beach towels. My kids LOVED having the beach right out the door and had so much fun with the boogie boards and inflatables. We used the kayaks on a calm day. There are plenty of chairs to sit and watch the waves. The house location is perfect for exploring all over Great Exuma. Thank you, Wendy!! We’ll never forget our time at Bahama Blue.

Paradise!

We just returned from a week stay at Bahama Blue. Everything about this stay was perfect! The house itself is fabulous. It's a five-minute drive from the airport, which is perfect after a long travel day. The house was spotless, spacious, full of light, with gorgeous views from every window. It's very well stocked, including a shed with chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys. It's a one-minute walk from the beautiful back porch down to a beach that was practically private the whole time we were there. Wendy was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful and accommodating, from giving us tips and recommendations on different vendors and restaurants, very specific directions from the airport, and flexing our check -in and out times around our flight times. I sincerely hope we get to return here one day!

Paradise!

We stayed at Bahama Breeze for just over a week with our two children (ages 9 & 7) and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and very well appointed. They have thought of everything. And the pictures do not capture the perfect location! Wendy was so helpful and made our trip easy and stress free! I highly recommend going to Prime Island Meats and cooking dinner at the villa - so easy, relaxing and delicious! We did this almost daily. The screened in porch is an added bonus! And Netflix movies for the kids. A truly beautiful island and home - you can't go wrong!

Exuma July 4th week

Amazing view and house. Had everything we needed. The kayaks were a pkus with a ton of floats !! The property manager Samantha was great as a two beach chairs broke upon sitting on them but were replaced by others same day ! Wendy was great to communicate with! Only recommendation would be something to help sliding door going into screen porch open more easily as I think that is why on of the handles was half broken when arrived - Samantha was notified. We absolutely had a great time shared the link with many friends and would def come back!! Thanks so much for everything Wendy and Samantha !! We all truly have the Bahama Blues!!

Incredible stay at a beautiful property!

My boyfriend and I along with another couple stayed at Wendy's amazing house to celebrate my boyfriend's 40th birthday at the end of February. We can not say enough wonderful things about their home and the Exumas. Their house is in a great location - only minutes away from the airport and a short drive to the grocery and liquor stores - has an incredible beach out front and includes all the amenities you could possibly need. The layout of the house is perfect to give everyone privacy and at the same time provides a wonderful living/dining area to gather and enjoy each others company. In addition Wendy was extremely responsive to any and all of our questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a fabulous stay. They were even so kind as to arrange to have a birthday cake at the house for my boyfriend upon arrival - such a sweet gesture! We highly recommend you reach out and book your stay as soon as possible!

Wendy was extremely prompt responding to our questions and anything we needed. She provided great advice for things to do on the island and where to go. She even checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The home was furnished with plenty of beach equipment if you happened to forget something. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed to cook dinners at the home. Gabby did a great job of getting us a new tank for the grill and assisting us with watching the superbowl at the home when we were struggling to access the network. The beach was pure white sand and the water is a beautiful teal color. That this the best place to stay in Casa Del Mar in our opinion.

A Thanksgiving to be Thankful For!

This is our third time to Exuma and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The house location is perfectly located on the island – only minutes from the airport, walking distance to a beach restaurant/bar (Tim’s on the Bay), close to Georgetown (convenient for groceries) and halfway to everything else! The house floor plan is perfect for families, with the three rooms, separated to opposite corners of the house and each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you’ll need, including spices, soap, etc. The best part for our family was the screen porch with both a sitting area with couch/chairs and a dining table for 6. We sat out there every night listening to the waves without worrying about no-see-ums and mosquitoes (an issue on past visits where we didn’t have a screen porch!). We also appreciated the extras not advertised – a large cooler to put in the back of the truck for island-exploring days, reuseable shopping bags (they don’t use plastic disposable bags on the island) and cooler bags to keep things cool on the beach. The beach toys, chairs, kayaks, life jackets, etc. all worked great. The beach is perfect for long walks without seeing anyone else. Both Wendy and her management team were amazing and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family Thanksgiving 2023!

Beautiful home, breath taking view and fantastic beach

My husband and three daughters spent a week at this beautiful property, centrally located on Great Exhuma Island. The home owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Wendy gave us restaurant, grocery store and tour suggestions which were invaluable. We have rented many VRBO's in Europe, the Caribbean and Florida and she was by far the most helpful and accommodating home owner. Their home was beautifully appointed including the beautiful linens, furniture and appliances. The beach itself was like none other. Perfect walking sand and very private. I believe that the water colors were the prettiest that we had ever seen. The front screened in porch was perfect for evening happy hours, the front deck perfect for morning coffee and the home peaceful and quiet at night. We loved the location - literally five minutes from the airport (but you NEVER hear the planes) in the middle of the island. Very conveniently located to reach the northern end of the island for island hopping tour departures and only 15 minutes to the heart of Georgetown in the southern end. There was a grocery and liquor store nearby. The local people were very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back some day. Wendy's excursion suggestions were great and her restaurant reviews and recommendations the same. Thank you Wendy and Frank for a fabulous vacation!

No words to describe the amazing experience. We loved our stay at our home alway from home. From the minute that I walked in I felt welcome. Amazing House

We have traveled extensively throughout The Caribbean and The Bahamas over the past 25 years. This house is at the very top. It was exactly as advertised. Amazing! Wendy and Samantha were Very responsive. The house is located on an amazing beach. Exuma is one of our favorite islands to visit. Great people and great scenery and great food.

Spectacular
