Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Perth CBD, this home has a modern fully equipped kitchen, and an alfresco setting with BBQ for you and your family to enjoy. Plus a lockup garage for two cars.

PS :Our strict policy NO PARTY allowed !. (Police & Owner will be notified by neighbors). The Property is hired for private accommodation only. It is not to be used for parties, receptions or commercial use.

Over priced for ran down place

House quite ran down rubbish all thought the gardens and smoke butts mould in bathroom and leaking also carnt lock back door beds are hard and half the amenities are not there suck as no dryer no bbq no alfresco seating the garage door is also dodgy and goes back up and no bloody washing basket the list could go on really way over priced for what it is I wouldn’t stay here again

The ad said this accommodation is aircond but did not say in 3 bedrooms only - perth was very hot while there but ad never said the large lounge kitchen area was not aircond. . . The TV in the lounge did not work properly (sometime a black shadow picture other time nothing - no answer from host message) so purchaced a small tv to take home after my stay (which i advised the host of - no response) so i could watch tv while staying there to sort my tasks from the aircond main bedroom. The main bedroom ensuite taps water below minimal flow? So cleaned my teeth in kitchen sink. My backs didnt like the mattressas it was a bit firm. So bought a bed topper to make bed softer.(was better for my back). But apart from that the house is in a great location / price and has a double garage i needed while there. If the host fixes those small items (lounge/kitchen airconds larger fix) this place would be a very good place from a couple to a large family to stay while in perth.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Lage passt.Die Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig.Bei Ankunft waren überall im Haus tote Fliegen und viele Spinnweben.Das Haus ist leider etwas heruntergekommen könnte etwas frische Farbe und eine Gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Unter den Betten und der Couch ist wohl schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt worden.Wir haben bei Ankunft erst mal versucht mit dem schlechten und teilweise defektem Staubsauger etwas zu reinigen. Dann haben wir uns irgendwie damit angefunden und es war für die Woche ok.

My Stay at 18a Russell St East Cannington

Location was Excellent for Shopping,the garage was small and very tight as i had a 4wd. The mattress in the 2 rooms at the back where very hard and not comfortable,also the house had damages on the walls through out the house. Leaking Shower and taps need to be looked at, also had to buy my own cleaning gear to clean the place so i could get my deposit back ( note on wall explaining this ) The garden out back needs cleaning up as it is over grown and new cleaning gear needs to be provided and left inside not like the old stuff outside the house.
