It was very clean in a nice neighborhood we saw some deer in the area the only thing that I would have negative to say and it’s really not is to get to the living area you have to go up some stairs that are a little steep but not bad all in all we had a great stay and the owners were very helpful when we called them or text

This place is a lovely apartment! Very clean, quiet, private, spacious, comfortable bed, big and classy kitchen, walk in closet, and easily accommodated all my needs for 5 days. CarolAnne and Stephen were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive to all my questions and extra needs that came along for me while I stayed there. And they were kindly attentive to making sure I had everything I needed so that my stay was enjoyable and met my expectations. When I return to the area, I hope to be able to stay there again! :)

Excellent Host and Stay!

A getaway weekend for our anniversary. The hosts were excellent, and we enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out was a breeze. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Free parking next to the door! The pictures of the apartment are accurate. Very spacious and clean. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again if available.

I visited Stone Mountain, GA for a class. The home was very accommodating and beautiful. There are a few stair leading to the suite but once inside it's really nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

The stay was great! I came to visit family in the area and to get in a few bike rides. Stone Mountain is nearby, so I was able to ride around the park. The apartment is private, well-appointed and fit my needs. Perfect for a single person or couple. I will definitely return.

The property is located conveniently in the middle of everything. Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The homeowners are awesome and were very attentive to our needs. Beautiful room and kitchen / dining area above the garage here at this home. Off the main road, quiet, clean. A few bugs in the fridge but nothing abnormal.

Quiet and well appointed

A Mother-in-law suite over an unused garage on a a quiet street, it’s a great place if you want solitude and relaxation. It has a well appointed kitchen and dining room area where I spent very little time as the bedroom had a high end looking king-sized bed and dressers, chairs and a tv. The bathroom had a large jetted tub. The only thing I would add, on a slightly negative side, is that there are quite a few stairs to the suite and it might be too much for someone with a disability or an elderly person with limited ability. The host was polite and helpful, especially when I locked myself out the first night.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is sort of a MIL apartment above the garage of the main house. There is a flight of stairs up to a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and dining room. The bedroom is spacious with an en suite BR and a nice closet. It was really quiet on a cul de sac. It was clean and had a nice w/d set. Off street parking is available as well. It was about 5 miles from the theater in Stone Mountain and about 15 miles from the Georgia International Horse Park. The family were very responsive to messages. I would happily return next time I am in the area.

This is an awesome vacation spot.

My partner and I had a great time at this apartment. And we'll definitely come back again, whenever we're in the area. It's a nice and clean apartment, and well worth the price. I did spoke to the owner, Mr. Stephen Barrett, and told him what I think he can do, to make it even better. Very nice and humble gentleman, And he promised to look into it, but we definitely love this apartment. Quiet and peaceful, close to all major/important points of interest, within the Atlanta metro area. Thanks again Mr. Barrett, you were very helpful during our stay at your apartment. And so we wanted to say this to publicly, so that everyone knows that we had a great time at your apartment. And what they too can expect, if they choose to rent your apartment in the future.

Wonderful !

This property was great! It was incredibly clean and the bed and the sheets were amazing. Mr. Barrett was the perfect host. There were a couple of things we needed and he provided them right away. The property is only minutes from a mall and from Stone Mountain. Of course there were lots of places to eat. There was also a park around the corner where we could hike. However, it would have been nice to have more dishes and some serving bowls. We made breakfast lunch and dinner and had to wash dishes after each meal. Basic seasonings would have been nice. Some little extras like soap and perhaps travel shampoo and cream rinse would’ve been nice. It’s hard to remember everything when traveling. I’m sure he would have provided these things if we had asked but we made do. Anyway, we would definitely stay there again.

The property was lovely with all the amenities that was suitable for our stay. It was very serene and peaceful. The bed in the Master bedroom was extremely comfortable, and so was the let-out bed.
