Cosy and lovely cottage. Very warm even in coldest days. Lovely view of the Basin. We thought there were lot of dogs soiling outside outside the cottage at first until we saw several kangaroo in the morning who call the area home. Kids were thrilled to see them hopping outside . May need a bit of repair for the blinds as some were missing but overall a lovely place to stay.

Great little coastal hideaway

We had a really good time at the property and the location is seaside and convenient for fishing and being a small drive away from beautiful beaches. However the place is really tight and contains a double bed in the living area and 2 x bunk beds in a small bedroom. Also television reception is variable there is no internet.

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not the best with online booking systems, but there appeared to be misleading advertising and pricing with this booking. I’d also say that the whole “bring your own linen” is an absolute disgrace. 245 per night for a cabin without linen….. If it was waterfront, 2 years old, undercover parking, peak season etc..I would say good value. …….but it had none of that !!!

Our property is advertised exactly as it is, including its age, location, parking, amenities and pricing, so guests can decide whether it suits their needs before booking. We are also completely transparent about our linen policy. Guests have the option of bringing their own linen to help reduce the overall cost of their stay, or they can hire linen through our cleaner for an additional fee. This information is clearly stated in the listing before booking. Our property was accurately represented throughout the booking process.

Great Spot

Really enjoyed our little getaway, weather was horrible, we got 1 good sunny day which the kids loved the water. Only issue I would say is no WIFI and pretty bad TV reception. Couldn't get Netflix to work either. Normally this wouldn't matter but considering the weather we were stuck indoors with not much to entertain us. Overall a lovely little self contained cabin with a great spot for kids to play in the shallow water. Thank you Jo and Marcus
