Our condo is less than a mile from UGAs campus and five points making it perfect for game days, concerts, weddings, and weekend getaways! This quiet condo was completely remodeled, making it a comfy, cozy place to stay in Athens! Located on the first floor. Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
This condo has a smart TV in the living room with streaming services, wifi connection, a small dining space, two bedrooms, and one full bath. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds while the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra guest or children.
The modern farmhouse style kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. Basic items such as coffee, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking oil are provided.

We have a highchair, pack n play, and baby bathtub upon request before arrival! We keep these items so that we can make sure they are sanitized after each use. While we do offer these items, please note that the condo is not baby proofed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash your used pots/pans and dishes and leave them on the drying rack (stored under the sink) upon leaving so we can make sure these are clean for the next guest.
Please leave used beds unmade.If you used the pull out couch and have folded it back up (not required), please leave the linens on top of the couch or on the floor. Clean out the fridge upon exiting!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
