Aloha ! Welcome to my condo located at 57-101 Kuilima Dr. Kahuku Hawaii 96712. My condo is clean, well maintained, and comes with many amenities . Some amenities are Tennis rackets, bodyboards, snorkel and mask sets , beach towels, beach chairs, and more. Full access to Tennis Courts and Condo Pools. The hotel pool is not available to outside guests. Just a short distance you can walk onto 2 world class Golf Courses or out onto the exceptional White Sand Beaches surrounding the spectacular Turtle Bay Resort with its Restaurants, Facilities and Activities. Please contact the owner with any questions. I look forward to serving you as my guest.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty refrigerator for remaining food. Load and start dishwasher. Do not empty it. Take garbage out. Start one load of towels in washing machine. Put washed load into the dryer start dryer.
Leave key and parking pass on the kitchen counter. Please advise of checking out if departing before Noon. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be considerate of noise before 8:00a.m. and after 8:30p.m. Do not use bleach, or fabric softners when washing laundry. Use hose outside to remove sand

This condo was a perfect fit for my vacation. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable bed, so many extra amenities and useful items that saved me time going to the market for supplies, The hosts were outstanding about reaching out, and responded immediately when I had a question. Clear instructions and detailed directions made EVERYTHING so easy. I never used it, but the fold out sofa bed looked brand new. Plenty of towels and beach equipment too!

Enjoyed the condo lifestyle. Pretty grounds, multiple access to tennis courts, swimming pool, appreciated having a full kitchen and separate bedroom space and the washer / dryer.

Wendy immediately replied to my questions when I first looked to booking. Once I booked she made sure a week before our trip she sent me the check in process. The condo is exactly what my husband and I needed for our 5nights in Oahu. Close walk to the beach at the neighbor hotel and pool right across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.Even with the power going out for half the day from Hurricane Lala we still were settled in and had no issues. Thank you so much Wendy and Bill for letting us stay at your condo. Hopefully we will be back soon and if so you’re the first person I’ll contact! Mahalo

The location was brilliant perfectly located on the north shore, everything was perfect for my stay from the check in process, to the amenities to the check out process. I loved my entire stay.

Stayed here five nights, very clean and well stocked didn't have to go buy anything, Wendy has extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, felt like someone actually lived there with all the extra items. I bought a snorkel set at Walmart but there are two on the porch, no fins but two masks and two boogie boards and two chairs on the porch. The kitchen was great and spacious, the bed was a little firm for me but comfortable. The only negative for me was the one ac unit in the bedroom she does have two portable fans which helped. The living room did get warm but the bedroom stayed nice and cool so it worked out. I liked being close the the water and the Ritz went there one night for sunset that was amazing, walked the trails over by the stables another day that was fun. Unfortunatley Hurricane Lowell came through and snorkeling was off the table but that's mother nature. I would stay here again, very nice well maintained condo

Fantastic location for northern Oahu

If you want to stay in a cozy place right next to the Ritz Carlton in Turtle Bay, this is it. The host is very attentive and wonderful.

Love Turtle Bay for a quiet vacation and knowing it is well kept and very safe. Bill and Wendy’s Condo is perfect and hope to come again. Great communication, easy check in and well stocked kitchen and condo for all your needs. Wish the bed had a memory foam mattress topper but just because of my shoulder pain. This is our second time staying with them and it is a very nice place. You will love it here!

This is the cutest condo to stay in at Turtle Bay! It was clean, spacious, and safe, as it is within a gated community. Wendy was so easy to communicate with as well, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. There is a full kitchen with updated appliances, a nice bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a beautiful back patio. Guests are able to use all of these amenities, as well as the community pool and tennis courts. There is also a spot to park a car with no additional cost. It’s only a short walk from Turtle Bay beach and Kawela Bay, giving it the resort feel without the resort price tags. The location is perfect, the space is beautiful, and we’ll be checking this unit first next time we return to Oahu! Thank you Wendy and Bill!
