Spacious and comfortable for families

Well maintained and very clean. Lots of games and puzzles. Deer and quail only feet away from window. Overall a great place. Not walking distance to town. A little tricky to find the house in the complex in the dark

Perfect. Very thoughtful touches

We stayed at this property for a wedding. The property was very nice. The property manager was extremely quick in their responsiveness and very accommodating. We had a toddler and a baby with us; the property manager had toys, books, a pack n play and other things to help accommodate for the kids. The location was perfect, because it was only a few minutes from downtown and only 15 minutes from the wedding venue at the Sun Mountain lodge. When we had breaks from the wedding agenda, it was easy to get into town for some down time. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking in the Winthrop area.

Great family home!

The condo was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities that made our stay easy! The check-in process was easy. I would definitely stay here again! There were toys, games, and snacks for our kiddos and very comfortable beds for everyone!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay here! Two adults, two small children -- a room for everyone! I especially liked the surprise of finding all the little extras that made traveling with kids easier - a booster/high chair seat, an umbrella stroller, some toys. The condo was clean and spacious, easy check-in/check-out, easy access to downtown Winthrop and to amenities like the grocery store. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy, Clean Home

This home is well-appointed with super-comfy beds and furnishings. You will not need to take anything with you as far as kitchen or bathing supplies. The owner has you all set up. The house was very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a couple of stores, but during the winter, I would not have felt comfortable walking into town because of all of the snow in the breakdown lanes. However, the drive into Winthrop is only about 5 minutes and well worth the ride. Really cute shops, bars, restaurants. We particularly loved Six Knots Cider. So many beverages to choose from, and munchies as well. Lovely visit with family. Will plan to book the same home again in the future!

Only two things not quite right: Dog hair on the sofas. Electric, not gas, fireplace. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

This was a great home for us to relax for a few days while catching up with friends. It was child friendly and we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, baby gear, toys, etc. I can't wait to go back to Winthrop!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful, well stocked cabin. The deck is perfect for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee and taking in the quiet surroundings. Very close to the grocery store, it was also close enough for a good walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

Very clean and plenty of seating. Heard from neighbors, not happy with noise and the amount of people that show up from previous renters. Sounds like owner needs to control better
