Keys: Return all keys at checkout. Lost keys = $300 charge for lock replacement.
Please leave the property broom-clean and dishes washed.
Damages: Notify Albina of any accidental damage so it can be replaced for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
