TJ is a wonderful host! Very easy to reach if needed and the stay was perfect! This is a beautiful and clean rental. Would definitely stay again if we pass through the area in the future!

Lovely private & secluded spot for a solo traveler or a couple. Spotlessly clean, very quiet, convenient to town for restaurants.Loved the deck & the stocked kitchen.Jenny & TJ were great hosts. Check-in was easy & communication was great.

The owners did not skimp on any detail. Cute, clean, cozy, great communication, thoughtful basic supplies (coffee, cream, eggs, etc). Very peaceful.

This was our first VRBO experience. I believe we will have others in the future, but the bar has been set very high indeed. This place and these people are nothing short of wonderful. The place is gorgeous, cozy, welcoming and totally as promised. Our communication with the owner has been outstanding. Our dog, Frankie, was welcomed as warmly as my wife and me. Do yourselves a great favor and experience the warmth and comfort of “The Perch “ next time you visit the Southbury, CT area.
