Very nice cabins! Super location close to downtown, we walked down the hill. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

The stay was largely positive, but we had a few issues. We didn’t have hot water for a day and a half. It took them a while to get someone to fix it. There were also a ton of large spider webs which made some of the outdoor spaces unusable. Its is a great location and all of those issues are easily correctable.

Thank you for staying. We do have spiders in the woods unfortuantely We do keep brooms and blowers to help during your stay as well as staff that comes right before arrival. In regards to water- We had an outage in the area from the city and were sorry for the inconveniece to this guest

Was very disappointed with what we walked into as we had such high expectations. Ceilings are peeling from water damage, main floor shower was full of hair and would not drain, used pan of grease found in the oven, broken table drawer, curtains had white streaks on them, tv has finger streaks on them, fans were full of dust and that was just the first house.

Thank you Corbett and group for staying. Please read through the listing and expectations. We are a rustic cabin perfect for retreats and mountain, casual retreats. We checked with Corbetts findings and there were streaks on some TV's and windows were wiped down. The amount of animal hair left after this stay was immense from this guest and we had to spend extra hours cleaning after them. Please note if you are a future guest this is not a luxury property but rather a rustic one perfect for large groups on a casual trip. The 5 star reviews are referring to perfect gathering location for large groups at a good price and not luxury amenities. Happy Travels to all!

Really enjoyed the stay. The houses had ample room for all our family. The town was great! Just need to have the town work on the road. Got to see 2 bears while we were there. Loved it
