BOL amazing view & atmosphere - penthouse in two floor apartment A4+2

Two floor apartment with the penthouse and two rooms below. Air conditioning on both floors. The penthouse has big glass door opened on terrace and beautiful sea view on the island of Hvar. Inside is a living room with 3m large confortable sleeping sofa, fancy bathroom with a bathtub (from where you can watch the stars trought the roof window) and fully equipped kitchen. Bottom part is connected with the wooden stairs and has 2 rooms (with new double beds) and a separate toilette. From the small balcony outside wooden stairs take you to the upper level.

The place I am renting is a part of my house in Bol that I love very much. I've spent so many great moments here, specially since we constructed the penthouse on the last floor and got this amazing view. I've hosted many friends during years and we had great time enjoying the house, diners and sunsets. The house is a very welcoming, open place, and the summer atmosphere is just overwhelming with this great view. Everybody felt really good, stress free and relaxed here.

Since few years we divided the house in 2 parts, one unit is the ground floor (cca 35m2 studio) and the second unit has two levels; the first floor and the penthouse, on the top level. Wooden stairs bring you to the first floor with 2 double bed rooms and the toilette . From that floor one goes out via a small balcony with extern stairs to the second floor - penthouse - with the terrace, quite vast living room, fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with the bathtub. There is a big sofa 2'90 m long in the living space that is specially made for long term sleeping - as a substitute for a double bed.
