This was a very enjoyable stay. The home was nice. The pool was nice but the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Over all it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed every moment.

Situated in Kissimmee, this property is very convenient for all Disney parks, being only a 20 min drive. There's loads of space. We were a party of 4 adults, 1 child and a baby and we never had to use the upstairs bedrooms. Our granddaughter loved the Disney themed bedrooms. John, tge host, is a great communicator. There was a slight problem with the dishwasher but he sorted it very quickly and kept us well informed. Highly recommended

The house was open, high ceilings, plenty of space for all of my family. The amenities were used daliy and very appreciated. Very clean and close to everything we wanted and needed. Very peaceful neighborhood/community which was great. Our host was wonderful and available at all times. Others should take note. We would all love to come back again!

Had a great stay. Home accommodations were all in all good. Had an issue with the hot tub heater initially. Someone came out and repaired pretty quickly. Location was close to many great eating options. Host was responsive.

Great location

The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and of course Disney. The house had a lot of amenities along with the subdivision. We would definitely stay here again and already recommended to friends!

We loved our week at the villa and appreciated the baby amenities for our grandson. They made our stay with him much more enjoyable. The villa is south facing which really helps with sunshine in the pool and deck area especially at this time of year. A great park is across the street and a short stroll to the club house and their lovely zero entry pool. John was quick to answer any questions I had and the villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. We also loved the location of Windsor Hills, the proximity to pretty much anything you want to do as a tourist is perfect. Thank you for helping to make our 13 month old grandsons first holdiday a success.

The host, John was very easy to communicate with and even was able to accommodate a late check out for us, which was very helpful as we were traveling with small children. The house was a perfect set up for my family, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The pool/hot tub were great and the water was the perfect temp for both! The only recommendation I would have would be to replace the downstairs carpet in the bedrooms, it was fairly worn and buckling and has definitely seen better days. Overall, this didn't affect us, just something to note. We would definitely stay again!

We've just returned from a fantastic 18 day rental at the property and I've nothing negative I can possibly think of to state. Family of 7 stayed and we had no end of personal space available in the huge villa with each room having it's own bathroom. We thought we had an issue with a shower in one of the bathrooms on our first night but John was right on the case and it was resolved that very next day while we'd been out at the parks (embarrassingly, was user error but great to see how responsive John was to support any issues). Facilities available covered everything we could possibly need in the well stocked kitchen and was a great help having loads of towels for our morning and evening pool relaxing. The hot tub after a full day walking round the theme parks was heaven to refresh the legs ready for the next days walking. The Villa is in a very secure well run and maintained gated community with a great pool with slides on site along with games room and water slides and a well stocked shop. That said, Walmart and Target are around 5 mins away with no end of choice for places to eat along the 192 again just minutes away and WAY too many food to visit.Disney Parks are just on your doorstep too. We could not rate this Villa highly enough and hope this will help anyone considering a stay. We for sure hope to return in the future once the Disney bank balance recovers.

Wonderful Family Home

We loved our stay at John and Ciara’s home in Windsor Hills! It was the perfect location- close to Disney Parks, a walmart and lots of restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed days and evenings in the pool and hot tub. John was an excellent host! He was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful.
