Could use a kitchen sink. Had all sorts of kitchen items, no sink. We washed out the coffee pot and out blender in the shower.

Room was extremely clean and cute. The cottage neighbors were fine as well, very quiet and appeared safe. Grass needed cutting for sure but maybe it was too wet due to rain?Unfortunately we were disappointed on the location. Very shady, seedy part of town , almost directly across from projects and had multiple homeless, prostitutes outside and near the cottage gates. And next door to a rundown motel that was still in business to some if the residents in the area . It’s unfortunate because the cottages were cute snd updated but it was a horrible location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was fairly clean, and had enough amenities that was convenient for our stay, as well as the beach and shops being within good distance. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Pensacola.
