Recycling bin only allows cans, plastic bottles and cardboard. No pizza carton, plastic bags or items that contain traces of food.
Please load the cloths washer with all towels and leave it running. The washer is in the entrance closet downstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean and cook your crab outside of the house, the drive way is a good option.

Beautiful property with a view of the Ocean. So good we cancelled some of our plans to stay and enjoy the house. Family time won the day because of this beautiful home. Owner was very responsive although there were no problems, but he did check in. I appreciated that.

When we could not get the code lock to work we were upgraded to another property that was above our expectations. The kids loved the ping-pong table. The views were amazing.

Beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean, and only minutes walk to the beach. Spacious house with plenty of room and easy access in and out. ONLY feedback: 1. cleanliness could have been better: several cleaning rags were left around the house from cleaning crew; we found plenty of dog hair (I'm allergic to dogs, so this was not ideal) and a blanket that should have been cozy and comfortable had dog slobber all over it. 2. kitchen was somewhat awkwardly stocked -- missing some pretty standard utensils (no ladles or spatulas)???3. A general info sheet would've been nice: WiFi instructions, check-out instructions, food recommendations, etc.

I don't recommend renting this house in the summer months. It is described as having air conditioning, it does, but it didn't work. The living area was sweltering from about noon to 8 PM. It would be a great place in the cooler months.
