Pebbles Beach House in Geographe is the ideal house to relax and unwind. A short drive to the jetty, town, canals and beach. This spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has all the comforts you will need for your family holiday. Includes a large central split reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling/heating in the main living area.
The open plan kitchen is fully self contained suitable for the family chef to cook and prepare his/her favourite dish. The kitchen overlooks the dining/living area and the outdoor area.
Enjoy the theatre room with a cinema projector to watch your favourite movies on dvd. There is free high speed wifi at this house for your convenience.
The grasses front and rear yard is great for kids to play and the rear yard is enclosed with high fencing all round. The outdoor area is suitable for entertain family and friends with an undercover alfresco gas bbq and outdoor setting.
There is secure parking with remote double lock up garage and side access parking for a boat or larger vehicles. There is a table tennis & foosball table setup in the garage.
As the gateway to the fabulous Margaret River Region, you can enjoy a short drive to Dunsborough, Margaret River, Meelup beach and the many restaurants and wineries close by.
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
