Great house for a group of 12 friends (6 adults and 6 kids)! Everyone had their own space. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. The adults loved the large open area. Excellent location to Sleepy Bear Dunes, Traverse City and even went up to Petoskey. Excellent hosts with a beautiful home. Communication was excellent with Mark!

This home was large, beautiful, and wonderfully appointed. We enjoyed everything from the huge windows allowing us a view of the natural area out back, to the two separate docks, the kayaks, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the hammock strung between two trees. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy time with family and time in nature with all the comforts you could imagine.

Beautiful home and host was wonderful to work with. Very secluded property, and right on the lake. Bring fishing poles and life jackets and your stay will be great. Toms food market is close, as well as a few wineries and TC is 30 minutes away. We will be back!

Everything about this property is perfect. From the moment you pull up the driveway you’ll know you made the right choice booking here. The house itself is looks amazing from the outside. The inside offers so much space! More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms even for larger groups. The great room was picturesque with views of the beautiful Green Lake. There are cabinets full of board games. The outdoor patio area was an extension of the living space that offered plenty of seating and spectacular views. The kitchen was so big! Plenty of space to make large meals for everyone. It also comes full equipped with anything you would need for cooking and baking. Just need to bring your own food. There is also an awesome dog washing station inside the house. Can’t forget all of the outdoor/water activities.Overall our experience at this property was perfection. Seeing all of the fall foliage made this a premier destination for a Fall getaway. We cannot wait to return.

Alec, that great room framing Green Lake and the patio stretching the living space outdoors is exactly how the house is meant to be used, especially for a big group. Fall foliage around the water is a hard season to beat. The games cabinet and dog washing station will be here for your return.

Our stay at The Pointe was perfect! The house and property is perfect for a large group with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also a big enough space for us to all gather together. The house is beautiful and clean with a fully stocked kitchen which made it so easy to make big meals for our large group. We also loved that it’s dog friendly! Would definitely stay again! 10/10

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Point on Green Lake and it made for a relaxing, family getaway before the holidays. It was a nice treat to arrive at the house to a bag of fresh coffee and all the supplies we needed for s'more by the fire pit waiting for us on the counter. This thoughtful touch made for a welcoming and cozy first evening as we settled in. The bedding in every room was soft and comfortable. Waking up well rested after a good night's sleep made for a fun day doing some shopping in downtown Traverse City. We enjoyed coming home for an evening of family fun; doing a puzzle by the fireplace and later the nostalgic feeling of playing the arcade games with our kids. The foosball table and arcade games made for an evening of friendly competition to complement the relaxing nights in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Overall this place was a huge hit with everyone in the family and combined comfort, entertainment and plenty of relaxation. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again!
