The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Set thermostat back to 71°F. - Put the remotes on the coffee table - Log out of any personal accounts you may have used on the TV. - Load dishwasher with used dishes.
- Place towels on the floor near washer/dryer. - Remove food from fridge/freezer. - Take out garbage and recycling. - Turn off grill & propane tank.
- If daybed was used, leave bedding on the floor and return it to sitting position. - Close back door and lock the front door by touching the “Yale” logo. - Send us a message once you’ve checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Not for hosting/running any businesses or parties. - No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property.
- No outdoor shoes or boots inside the studio. Slippers or socks only. - No bicycles inside the unit. - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

Super clean studio apartment. Very modern and up-to-date. Fabulous shower. Quality appliances and BBQ were great to have! It is helpful to have access to a car due to location. Host and family were super friendly and checked in a couple of times during my stay. Overall a wonderful experience.

We recently spent one night at The Grove and had a great stay. From the moment we opened the front door, it felt as if we were at a spa with the bubbling fountain and the serene music in the background. The unit is brand new and super clean with parking directly in front of the unit. The bed was firm and comfortable. Waj, the host, took the time to check on us via a phone call, to ensure we were comfortable and found everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
