What a view of the ocean. Spectacular! The balcony was awesome too. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults (4 couples) and really nice there was a bathroom for each couple. Having a dining table to seat 8 worked great for us and there was plenty of seating in the main room. We were on the fourth floor but never had to wait very long for the elevator and it was a quick ride. The pools were nice and the path right out to the beach was great, with hoses for washing the sand off when returning to the building. Ground floor parking (for 2 cars) was adequate. We had a great time and found many nice restaurants for dinners (and nice ice cream shops too). The starter pack of supplies was adequate to start but be ready to buy supplies soon. No place is perfect but this rental was definitely very nice. Side note: be prepared for the wind. During our stay in July there was a lot of strong wind, although it did not hamper our beach outings. It just meant more sunscreen and less chance for shade from an umbrella,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family trip was amazing. The condo was excellent. Issues were resolved in a timely matter. Awesome views!! No complaints 😊

Management company was not good. The told me I could come a day early for a reduced fee but then wouldnt let me check in early when i couldnt come earlier. They left us no paper towels and 1 trash bag for the entire stay. When I requested paper towels they asked if i looked for them. I told them the ironing board was broken and sent a pic of it missing a leg and they asked me what was wrong with it. The service was unacceptable especially for the price they charged. The Condo location is great but only 1 room has an ocean view, the other 4 rooms face the back parking lot and roof AC unit. One of the twin BR is so small you can barely walk between the beds and the TV is the size of a tablet screen. Patio furniture can use updating to a more comfortable set. I was disappointed in the serice overall.
