We’re proud NAU alumni who fell in love with Flagstaff long ago — my husband even grew up here! Now with two kids in college and three dogs in tow, we spend our time enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and soaking up every bit of Flagstaff’s mountain charm. It’s truly our favorite place to be, and we’re thrilled to share a little piece of it with you.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it’s nestled in the neighborhood where my husband grew up — a local favorite known for its charm and convenience. Just minutes from downtown and only about a 20-minute drive to Snowbowl, it’s perfectly located for both city adventures and mountain escapes. With a disc golf course and Buffalo Park within walking distance, this spot truly offers the best blend of urban comfort and outdoor fun.
What makes this property unique
Our cozy, remodeled home perfectly blends original charm with modern comfort — complete with beautiful hardwood floors and a fully fenced backyard. Just a short walk to downtown yet in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors on both sides, it’s the ideal Flagstaff escape. We’ve lovingly updated it (with a few projects still in progress!) and cherish every moment we spend here — and we think you will too.
