We moved to the Leland area for its mild four seasons, golf and Historic Wilmington and the idealic beaches. We purchased the condo as a vacation getaway and loved it so much we moved from Arizona to live here full time. Now we want to share our special spot with others traveling here.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location because of the amenities offered in the Magnola Greens Plantation community (pools/gym), access to golf, shopping and restaurants. It's a great place for walking or biking.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is unique as it is in the perfect location in the community. It is on level one for ease of access and the screened in patio offers a fantastic view of the pond and golf course. A great place to enjoy morning or afteroon/evening beverage and relaxation.
