About this property

Large, newly renovated home, centrally located and backs up to forest!

Previously super host on a different platform, we are now back in business and ready to host again! Hi, welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom and 2- bathroom home located near the Y in South Lake Tahoe! This home just underwent a complete renovation and is ready for family and friends to enjoy! The downstairs large, open floor plan is a perfect gathering and entertaining place for families and friends alike. The entertainer's kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking essentials. Dishes and cooking are less of a chore as you get to look out at natures beauty from the large kitchen window and glass-paneled door leading to the backyard.

Bedroom one and bathroom one are both located on the first floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed and is equipped with full bedding. The laundry room is right off the kitchen on the first floor.

Upstairs, you will find three additional rooms and one additional bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and comes equipped with full bedding. Bedroom three has twin bunk beds AND a queen bed, perfect for a large family with children. Bedroom four has a king bed and comes fully equipped with bedding.

Our home is centrally located to Tahoe's most favorite places:
Amazing hiking and mountain biking right off the back deck
2 miles to Lake Tahoe
6 miles to Stateline
9.6 miles to Zephyr Cove
Closest grocery store is a quick 4 min drive.

This home is managed by my husband and myself (we are the owners). Tahoe is our family's happy place, and we have made many, many memories here. We hope you and yours have the same experience in one of the most beautiful places ever- Lake Tahoe!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load and start the dishwasher, please make sure all trash is taken out to the bear box, pile all used towels and bedding by the washing machine, set thermostat to 55 degrees, turn off all lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no commercial events or weddings/receptions No outdoor amplified music or noise generating equipment allowed between 10pm-8am
parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission
camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers or recreational vehicles is prohibited Trash and recycling shall be placed in bear box only

Beautiful home, had a lot of cooking appliances and tupperware’s. Also had a lot of board games which came in clutch. The host is super friendly and helpful. Over all an amazing stay. Also behind the house there’s a hill that you can slide down and have lots of fun with the sleds saucers they provided!
