Levy Cottage is a stunning contemporary cottage built in to the shoreline of Crockett Cove in beautiful Stonington Maine. Enjoy easy access to the ocean, a quiet and scenic landscape in a private and picturesque setting.
Levy Cottage is a three bedroom, one bathroom cottage designed by architect Emily Muir. This cottage provides one level living for its guests. Levy Cottage has many windows bringing the views of Crockett Cove in to the home. The kitchen, living and dining areas are in one open room with soaring post and beam ceilings and the signature Muir fieldstone fireplace decorating the Great Room.There are three bedrooms at Levy Cottages. The first is furnished with a queen bed and a dresser. The second bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a dresser and the third bedroom has bunk beds and an additional twin bed, making the room suitable for up to three guests.. The cottage has one full bathroom with a shower and tub option.
Levy Cottage is oceanfront. The cottage has a fantastic deck that hangs over Crockett Cove and enjoys views over Sam’s Island and beyond to the open water of Penobscot Bay. There is a pocket beach which is perfect for launching your kayak, canoe or paddle board. Levy Cottage has a large grassy yard for guests to enjoy. There are all sorts of woodland creatures to be seen around the lush yard, including rabbits, deer, fox and all sorts of birds.
If you are looking for a quiet and scenic oceanfront escape then look no further. Levy Cottage is likely the perfect spot for you.The guest will have full access to the home, yard and shore areas that pertain to the property.We have an office located at 26 Main Street in Stonington`s village. We are available in person, by phone or by email during your stay.Private and off the beaten path. This cottage is great for the guest that is looking to get away from it all and enjoy some of the more simple and beautiful things in life.There is no public transportation on Deer Isle and Stonington. A car is strongly suggested.Private and scenic location.

NO SMOKING! No large parties or gatherings! No fire pits unless advertised and included!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
