The host was easy to communicate and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were easy. The property is in a great location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bedrooms should actually have a light in the ceiling, turned on by a light switch, instead of using lamps to light the room. However, we were able to adjust. I would stay here again.

Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!

Great communication and easy check-in. This property is ideally located to the freeway and accessing Simi Valley. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially outlets and USB chargers in the bedrooms. We’ll be looking to see if it’s available next time we visit family in Simi Valley !
