All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full Bunk and Twin Trundle, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Tennis courts closed for resurfacing through December 2025.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
