The views from this house are breathtaking! Patty was wonderful with her communication. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs just because there are trains nearby that blow their horns at night. Bed was super comfy and we loved the cozy fireplace. The hot tub was a treat! We had multiple meals nearby that were excellent!

Beautiful property that is even more beautiful in person. Patty is a wonderful host and we would absolutely stay here again. Saw Bald Eagles sitting in the trees right outside our window, amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The water views are beautiful from just about anywhere on the property. My wife really enjoyed kayaking along the river and backwater stream that flows next to the property. Patty was a great host and very responsive. I would recommend anyone who enjoys river views and nice accommodations to stay there.

I cannot say enough good about this property! Everything you can imagine has been considered. We were welcomed with the sweetest ‘congrats graduate’ sign, bottle of wine, snacks, games, books… I mean everything. The view 10/10, hot tub, beds… I could go one for days. This is a place we will absolutely revisit when we travel back. If you want a staycation that feels luxury and affordable this IS the one.

Patty was an excellent host. All communication was promptly answered and she even prompted us many times to ask questions. The home's interior was immaculate and well stocked. Everything except meals was provided. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain, so I can't speak too much about the exterior except we really enjoyed the ships travelling the Mississippi and the views from the living room and the deck when it was dry. We aren't fans of hot tubs and didn't use it, but it was prominent on the deck and would have provided excellent views.All in all a great home, close to the Quad Cities and the American Pickers home town of LeClaire, Iowo and their store Antique Archeology, and of course, the Mississippi river.
