An easy one block walk will take you to the beach or the heart of Folly on Center Street where you will have access to shopping and restaurants. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. Find fine dining, shopping options, an aquarium, and plenty of boat charters at downtown Charleston, 11.5 miles away. It's totally worth the trip, especially if you're into history. We stayed here with another couple for Memorial Day weekend. GREAT location, super close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. No need to move your car! The covered deck is very large, with great ocean views. Highly reccommend.

Great Location

We stayed for a long weekend and had the best time. The condo is perfect for 2-4 adults. You can't beat the views of the ocean or people watching off the deck. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining.

This is our second time at this place in Folly. We absolutely love everything about it! The location, the porch is probably our favorite thing about the place! The host was very responsive to a few minor issues and were fixed in no time! A place to stay!!

Nice place

Property was nice, but people upstairs were very loud. Man in unit next door kept looking from his porch into our living room. Also...a swiffer mop or dust mop would be helpful to keep floors free of sand.

The perfect place!

Very clean and spacious. The location can’t be better as it is in the middle of everything, but still quietly tucked away. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. It was also well stocked with everything you need on vacation. We will go back to this spot.
