It was probably one of my favorite VRBO stays anywhere. Location was great, close to beach , town, and lots of restaurants and bars. The furniture was comfy, bathrooms were very nice, parking was good, and ample. I would stay there again. The view was fantastic, sunrise every morning was picture perfect

Honestly the reviews scared me a little but happy to say we had a great experience. We didn’t see any pests that were mentioned by several other renters. Place was very spacious, nice open side view of beach with pier, beds were comfortable, no complaints with the space at all. Only complaint would be that we could only have 2 parking passes as there were many open spaces. Also the ice maker in refrigerator does not work. Only one elevator for whole complex that worked very slowly. I would consider staying here again.

Folly Beach Fun

Wonderful House

We loved this condo!! It was right on the beach. I could have stood in the parking garage and just stared at the ocean--it was breathtaking. The condo was clean, fresh, neatly decorated. Plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely return!

Coordination of check in was not ideal, condition of the Villa had problems:Water leaking from bathroom ceiling fixture causing dampness and mildewed smell.On going construction with the Villa above made for noises during workday. Our efforts resolved the leak from upstairs. But this is only temporary as once they turn on their water; the problem will return.I expect compensation.
