With 3 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a bidet and bathtub, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living space or enjoying the stunning views from the huge patio or upstairs balcony, this enchanting property is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Large patio, lots of dining and guest space! Community pool and hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, plus built in gas grill. Two car garage and private entrances w/alternate guest parking. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Upon arrival, you will have a gate code. You will also be given a code to enter the private garage. All pictures in this listing are of the private residence, aside from the swimming pool. Yes, that HUGE patio is all yours for you and your friends, family, or golfing buddies to enjoy!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave keys on counter. Use the spare key in the garage lockbox to complete lockup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All keys must be left on kitchen counter upon departure: except house key, which must be left in lock box.
Garage remote and gate remote will incur a $60.00 replacement fee if water damaged or lost. Don't swim with your remotes!
Garbage is picked up on Mondays (early). Place bin outside Garage for pickup.

I really enjoyed this property for reasons of the great location to so many restaurants and shops. The pool was also quite lovely and the patio provided great relaxation and views. The host provided great communication too.

As a retired couple from Grand Junction, CO. Phil and Jill Aguilera were close friends to the developer who created Rancho Mañana. They jumped on the opportunity to get the very best property in the neighborhood across the street. Phil has passed away, leaving Jill as a widow to run two properties. She has decided to rent the condo for periods allowed for by the condo association, which requires a minimum of a 30 day stay. Her children are managing the rental for her, and we have trusted family in the area to facilitate the VRBO rental.

What makes this property unique

It is the only condo in the complex that feels like a private residence, with a separate garage and the largest patio in the entire complex.
