This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just a block from Garden City Beach and a block from the marsh, making it the perfect setting for your next beach getaway. The house provides everything you need to enjoy, some fun in the sun or a relaxing evening grilling or cooking with your family/friends at the property. The spacious fenced in backyard with a hammock, bar area and charcoal grill is the perfect oasis after a long day. The front porch view of the sunset does not disappoint either.
It is within walking distance of the Garden City Pier, an arcade, ice cream shop, as well as numerous beach shops and restaurants along the main strip. If your group is looking for a delicious seafood dining experience with a great atmosphere, we suggest a short drive to Murrells Inlet where either side of the street is lined with some of the best restaurants in the area. Not to mention many other great attractions within driving distance. Golfing, shopping, aquarium, putt putt, and so much more!
Garden City has so much to offer and this is the perfect location for it all!

My family came down for a quick weekend trip and this was the perfect location. One block from the beach and right in the middle of Garden City. The host was amazing and very communicative. The driveway was big enough to hold all of our vehicles and the back yard was more than enough for the little ones to run around. We will definitely be staying here again!
