The fenced backyard provides privacy and a cozy outdoor space for your enjoyment. Located centrally in the popular South Hill neighborhood enables quick access to all that Spokane has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed at this property.
