The living area is crafted for comfort, featuring cozy seating arranged around the gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a ceiling fan to ensure cooling during the warmer summer months, as air conditioning is not provided. This area also leads to a private patio outfitted with a BBQ grill, creating an enjoyable setting to appreciate the stunning surroundings. The kitchen presents a modern aesthetic with granite countertops, high-end appliances, and attractive wooden cabinetry, making it ideal for preparing both quick meals and formal dinners, complemented by a large breakfast bar that accommodates up to six guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, a secondary dining area comfortably seats two people, offering a serene spot for a quick meal or a place to catch up on emails or enjoy tabletop games. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older. It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. This is a beautiful place. Very clean and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Is very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park which is what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Granby. The location was perfect for visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and the beautiful towns surrounding the area. The accommodations were just what we needed. Our family fit well and we loved having a kitchen we could cook our meals in. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax after a day away exploring. The host was quick to respond to my questions and were great to work with. We would stay here again.

Such a nice unit in Granby Ranch! Great location and very well maintained. We enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting on back patio. The area is very quiet and located to many amenities. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!
