Beautiful location and the condo was exactly what we were looking for: cute, clean, comfortable and just enough for a fabulous stay. We like morning coffee with a view and a comfortable bed for rest after a day of exploring the area. Nice, quiet spot.

The property was clean and efficient. The community is quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are spectacular and definitely a perk. Being outside of town is very relaxing. You will need to bring everything you need as it is about 15 minutes to the closest grocery store. One thing to note is that the air conditioning is a very loud window unit that is undersized for the property. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer to sleep in a cooler climate, this may not be the best choice for you. Otherwise, I would recommend booking this property for a short stay.

Thank you so much for the kind words about the property and the community! did want to confirm for future guests that the grocery store is 2.2 miles and is an 8 minute drive. There is a general store that has some essentials 1.3 miles from the condo. I reviewed my contacts with you and did not find where you had contacted me concerning the air conditioner issue. This is a new unit installed this season and is the model that was recommended by the care taker. After your review, this unit was inspected to ensure it was functioning properly. The air that is coming out of the unit is 50 degrees. It was discovered that there was a vibration. This has been alleviated with additional support. I encourage guest to contact me on the VRBO site with any issues. I want to address issues immediately if possible. Thank you for mentioning the sunsets. They can be spectacular!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights in a beautiful one room 1 bath condo. All units on the property have a view of the ocean. The beach at low tide was great to walk around in the water. Definitely a great getaway spot.
