This is a great space that we would rent again. The kitchen, living room, and dining room worked out perfect for our family to cook, gather, and play games over the holidays. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick when we had questions.

The host was an excellent communicator. Cleanliness of all aspects of the property were excellent. We took advantage of the fish cleaning station, it's very nice! We had adequate space to park and charge the batteries in our 17' wide-transom Lund. The community is quiet with friendly neighbors. We'll definitely stay at this property again!

Property was recently remodeled and the replacements included new furniture, thick towels and nice dishes . The beds were comfortable and the area quiet. The ground level contains a bedroom, full bath and the fish cleaning station. The parking area held our boat off the street which we also liked.We appreciated the location's proximity to Blackhawk Park and nearby restaurants. We previously owned land in the area which we sold off in 2010. We still enjoy visiting the area and other area rentals are not as nice as this. This is a two story rental best suited to those without mobility issues.

After falling in love with the area and visiting more and more, we decided to buy a couple of properties to allow others the opportunity to rent and enjoy!
