Excellent Boulder County location with easy access to Downtown Denver (20 min), Boulder (15 min), Downtown Louisville (5 min), and Old Town Lafayette (5 min). Property is on the Coal Creek Trail for easy access to walking/jogging along the creek. Home is less than one year old with a spacious backyard, covered patio, and large fire pit. Sleeps 6 people. Perfect for large families or families looking to rent together. We take great pride in our new home are only interested in renters who have the same respect for their own home.

Wonderful stay in Lafayette

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable home. Kris was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The neighborhood was quiet and there were trail s nearby as well as the towns of Lafayette, Louisville and Boulder.

As expected and more.

The residence was everything as expected and more. Newer home in perfect shape with all the required amenities. Good location to major roads to get around and close to grocery and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and was able to answer any questions with in an hour of asking. Would recommend and stay here again.

This house was perfect for our needs. Size of home, location within the greater Denver/Boulder area, proximity to shopping and dining, number of bedrooms/bathrooms - this place has it all. It's also very clean, and includes all the standard amenities. Fresh towels and sheets, access to laundry facilities and ability to park in the garage were all pluses in our minds. The owners were easy to contact, and responded quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend this home! Thanks for the hospitality!!
