Beautiful home at Plum Point Cottages on Seneca Lake with many extras

Come enjoy yourself at our JaMS Lakeside Retreat. Established in October of 2023 is this centrally located brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located a short walk from the shore of the beautiful Seneca Lake. The lake can be seen from the homes front yard and with a short walk you’ll be lakeside to enjoy the amenities of Plum Point Cottages.

Our home away from home is sure to offer you and your guests a beautiful and relaxing stay while providing all of the comforts of home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher, leave used beds messy so we can strip them and clean bedding, remove personal items and take any trash to the dumpster prior to leaving.
Also please ensure all doors are locked and leave through the front door so you can lock as you depart. Have safe travels home or wherever your next stop is. Thank you!

We had a great time at this property. Love that it was new. Proximity to local towns - sight seeing, shopping, and restaurants - as well as the wineries made it worth. The family and I had a great time.

the listing was a little misleading, the picture on VRBO was not the property we were renting it's the house across the street. The master bedroom was fine with a king size bed and has a master bath .The bunk beds in 1 bedroom were not suited for adults as the lower bed was basically on the floor good for kids. The other bedroom was small with 2 single beds and this bedroom had no closet. The property was listed as ( Brand New )but actully it is 5 years old. The property is in a good location if your doing wine tasting. Overall ,this property was a good place to stay.

With all due respect, Ronald, there is nothing accurate about your review. Every picture in my listing is our home. Why would I post another home? You went to the incorrect home upon arrival despite clear instructions. Our home is not 5 years old it was built during covid, we bought in September of 2023, we are the only owners other than the developer and we didn‘t start using it until spring of 2024. The bedrooms have the beds as described in the listing with pictures of all. In addition the sofa pulls out into a queen bed if one of the adults with you didn‘t want the as shown in the listing bunk or twin beds. Again, your review is completely fabricated.
