Very clean and perfect location to the pool! Host was easy to get in touch with and all the Disney details were the cherry on top! Place has everything you could need and more. Very likely to be our go to spot while visiting Florida. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable.

Wow! I like to think of myself as a particular person and this place was great! Clean, simple but neatly decorated (Disney themed but not gaudy). Property was nice and easy to navigate and the owner was easy to get in touch with and very prompt! Would 100% stay here again and hope to! Windsor hills was a win!

About the host

Host profile image
Hi, I’m Doug! With a professional background in real estate and maintenance, I take great pride in ensuring our Florida home is meticulously cared for and guest-ready. My family and I are lifelong Disney enthusiasts—traveling from Nebraska several times a year to soak up the magic. We fell in love with the Kissimmee area and decided to create a space where other families could build the same incredible memories we have. Whether it’s sharing our favorite 'pro-tips' for the parks or making sure the Star Wars room is perfectly themed for your little ones, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality, seamless stay for every guest.

Why they chose this property

We chose Windsor Hills specifically because it is widely considered the premier gated community closest to Walt Disney World. You simply can't beat a 10-minute drive to the parks after a long day! Beyond the proximity, the resort atmosphere is unmatched. We love the 24-hour security for peace of mind and the incredible 2026 waterpark on-site—which features multiple slides and a splash pad that our own son loves. It’s a true vacation destination within itself; we often find ourselves spending 'rest days' just enjoying the resort pool and clubhouse amenities without ever needing to leave the gates.

What makes this property unique

What sets our 2-bedroom condo apart is the balance of 'sophisticated' design and family fun. You won't find over-the-top, cluttered decor here; instead, we’ve curated a modern aesthetic featuring comfortable furniture and subtle, high-end Disney and Star Wars elements that feel magical yet mature. . We provide all the 'little things' that make travel easier—from high-quality linens to a fully stocked kitchen—ensuring you have a comfortable stay here in the heart of Florida’s vacation land.
