Modern and spacious both inside and out, this house with a pool and water feature will delight all the family. Architecturally designed to capture the sea breezes and natural light, it has an easy flow for relaxed beach side holidays just a 5 minute walk to Avoca Beach Surf Club, theater and cafes.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Easter holiday

We had the best Easter holiday in this beautiful home. The communication with Anna was easy and she provided a quick response to our request for an extra night. The kitchen was equipped with every thing we needed. We were lucky with stunning weather which always helps when on a beach holiday. We have nothing negative to say about our holiday and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home!

This was the perfect place for us and our 3 children. We also had friends visit us for the day. There was plenty of entertaining spaces so that we did not feel on top of each other. My husband even had a room to use as an office when duty called! The house was very well equipped. The response from the property manager was excellent when we had an issue with the tv. We would definitely go there again.

Not recommended for groups of adults

Property is close to the beach. Beds are comfortable, house is spacious and contains well stocked appliances in the kitchen. However, heating was not switched on and house was colder inside than outside on the first night (it is winter). None of us were able to sleep properly but the Property Manager was able to talk us through the meter box the following day. There was not enough hot water for everyone to have a shower. It lasted about 5 adults before running cold. Prior to our stay we were given a contract to sign regarding noise as there are "elderly neighbours". This made our stay slightly uncomfortable as the three neighbour homes all back straight onto the properties fence line. Pool is not heated.

The home is a little tired and not quite as pristine as the photos but aside from that, it was brilliant! We LOVED it and it was a prefect size for the whole family! Anna couldn't be more helpful too!

Family holiday— Avoca Beach

Light globes not working but to the property managers credit an electrician was sent out. Toilet leaking water on the floor. Door to main bedroom kept jamming making it hard to get out. Floors were dusty and sandy. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Size of house was great. Bedrooms spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Location easy walk to beach.

Thanks for your review unfortunately your stay fell over the east coast low weekend so the weather was not great! Due to the massive amounts of water doors swell but have now dried out and are working again normally.. We have fixed the small leak on the downstairs toilet and the cleaners has apologised in regards to dust and sand under the couch which was too heavy to move on her own last clean but with more hands to assist will rectify. The property is not advertised to have airconditioning and this was discussed prior to your arrival, however it is something we are considering in the future. With the underfloor heating we should have all seasons covered! Thanks again and sorry that the weather was so horrible during your stay.

We Are Already Planning To Come Back Again

We really enjoyed this place during our family weekend away. The place offers a very relaxing experience, the rooms are very spacious, the spa in the bathroom is amazing, kitchen has everything we need as a big group and the living areas are huge and entertaining. The property manager is very friendly, helpful, and clear in communication. The location is great, within 5 mins walk to the beach and local restaurants, and yet extremely peaceful and quiet during night time.

Great house in perfect location

Had a lovely weekend staying in this house at Avoca with my parents, sisters and two children (2yr old and 2month old). The house is great for large groups, lots of space to relax but large enough lounge and dining to sit together if needed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of glasses and plates for everyone, as well as quality appliances. Everyone commented on the confines of the mattresses and pillows. Lots of games and books to peruse as well. The pool was looking a bit dirty when we were there, but the close proximity to the beach gave us plenty of opportunities to swim. Definitely recommend this property for a lovely getaway.

A wonderful house in a perfect location

A stunning house with large pool and all the facilities and space required for a perfect holiday. Fits two families with ease and space to actually relax. An easy stroll to the beach, that also has cafe's (French patisserie), kids playground and everything you need. The beach has a kids rock pool and right next to it, surfing for the older ones. The house is beautiful.

Good to know that guests enjoyed the many wonderful features of our house at Avoca. The proximity to the surf beach and rockpool, the access to cafe's, the pool for when it is too hot to sit on the beach and the spacious house with it's many different areas for relaxation. We also enjoy strolling to the historical Avoca Beach Theatre to catch up on the latest movies when we are there. Thank you!
